Pipe Testing Machine instruction:

The Pipe Testing Machine uses master oil cylinder thrust and smart balance control system(oil-water balance) to do hydrostatic testing for all kinds of pipes. The Max testing pipe OD can be φ1420mm;THE Max Testing pipe length can be 25m;The Max testing pipe pressure can be 150 Mpa. And the Pipe Testing Machine pressure hold time can be set according to customers' request.

The Main testing process :

Loading material  → clamping → test head advancement into position → water injection and exhaust → exhaust valve closing → water injection valve closing → pipe pressure injection → pressure holding → pressure relief → water injection pressure testing head back → the clamp loosen → the pipe comes out→ water empty by blowing and sweeping → pipe is turned to the unloading material rack( the rejected pipes to the unqualified stock bin) → the next cycle.
